אֵין בּוֹ דֵּעָה, אֵין בּוֹ דַּעַת
חֲסַר שֵׂכֶל אוֹ יֶדַע לִמּוּדִי. אוֹ: חֲסַר יְכֹלֶת לְהַחֲלִיט.
