אִם אֵין תּוֹרָה אֵין דֶּרֶךְ אֶרֶץ
בְּלֹא תּוֹרָה אוֹ לִמּוּד אֵין אָדָם יָכוֹל לְהִתְנַהֵל בְּדֶרֶךְ אֶרֶץ (דֶּרֶךְ אֶרֶץ מַשְׁמָע מִסְחָר, מִנְהֲגֵי עוֹלָם וְגַם נִימוּסִים).
