And he looked for justice, and behold there was violence
הגדרה (אנגלית)
She hoped to do justice, but saw that injustice had been done. She was disappointed to discover that justice had not been done. The expression of disappointment is a reference to the one who did justice in the house of judgment (from a family whose name is heard, a family is touched. See also: "From the place of judgment, where the wicked are")
("For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel, and the man of Judah hath planted his pleasures: and they looked for judgment, and, behold, a vine for righteousness, and, behold, a cry" - Isaiah 5:7)
