After the deeds, hearts are drawn / actions shape the heart
A person’s actions influence their thoughts and mindset. Emotions and thinking are shaped by the nature of the deeds performed; good deeds lead to good thoughts, and bad deeds lead to bad thoughts.
(“If a person exerts effort and diligently engages in Torah and mitzvot, even not for their own sake, he will incline towards goodness, and by the power of his deeds he subdues the evil inclination, for after deeds, hearts are drawn. Even if a person is perfectly righteous with a straight and pure heart” — Sefer HaChinuch, Mitzvah 16)

הַמַּעֲשִׂים שֶׁעוֹשֶׂה הָאָדָם מַשְׁפִּיעִים עַל מַחֲשַׁבְתּוֹ וְהֵלֶךְ רוּחוֹ. הָרֶגֶשׁ וְהַחֲשִׁיבָה מֻשְׁפָּע מֵאֹפִי סוּג הַפְּעֻלּוֹת שֶׁהָאָדָם מְבַצֵּעַ, כָּךְ שֶׁמַּעֲשָׂיו הַטּוֹבִים מוֹבִילִים לְמַחְשָׁבוֹת טוֹבוֹת, וּמַעֲשָׂיו הָרָעִים לְמַחְשָׁבוֹת רָעוֹת.
