בִּמְלִיצָה: בֵּית כֶּלֶא. בֵּית מַעֲצָר. מִתְקָן כְּלִיאָה שֶׁבּוֹ שׁוֹהִים אֲנָשִׁים אָסוּרִים אוֹ עֲצוּרִים שֶׁמִּשְׁפָּט עֲדַיִן מִתְנַהֵל נֶגְדָם.
