in a time among times
At any time that was or will be. Whenever it may be.
(And we have learned from this verse that our Torah endures forever, it will not be annulled in a time among times, even in the time of the Messiah, and the observance of the Torah of Moses is the same in every time, whether in the time of "the hidden things," which is the exile, or in the time of "the revealed things," which is the redemption. - Rabbeinu Bahya, Devarim 29:28)

בִּזְמַן כָּלְשֶׁהוּ שֶׁהָיָה אוֹ שֶׁיִּהְיֶה. מָתַי שֶׁרַק יִהְיֶה.
