Congratulations ! (greetings exchanged on finishing the reading of the Pentateuch)
A blessing of encouragement to the congregation or congregation to continue and to be strengthened. The expression is also said by the congregation in the synagogue at the conclusion of the reading of each of the books of the Torah on Shabbat.

בִּרְכַּת עִידוּד לַצִּיבּוּר אוֹ לַקְּהִילָּה לְהַמְשִׁיךְ וּלְהִתְחַזֵּק. הַבִּטּוּי נֶאֱמַר גַּם ע"י הַקָּהָל בְּבֵית הַכְּנֶסֶת עִם סִיּוּם קְרִיאָתוֹ שֶׁל כָּל אֶחָד מִסִּפְרֵי הַתּוֹרָה בִּימֵי שַׁבָּת).
