The kindness of nations is sin
Relying on the favors and kindnesses of other peoples is forbidden. The motives of foreign nations to do good are often self-interested, so they cannot be trusted.

הִסְתַּמְּכוּת עַל הֲטָבוֹת וַחֲסָדִים שֶׁל עַמִּים שׁוֹנִים אֲסוּרָה. הַמְּנִיעִים שֶׁל עַמִּים זָרִים לְהֵיטִיב נוֹבְעִים מִשִּׁקּוּלִים אִינְטֵרֵסַנְטִיִּים וְאֵין לִבְטֹחַ בָּהֶם.
