Breastplate of Judgment
Question: The appointment of the judges of the treasury and the police of the beneficiaries in the section ("the column") called "Hoshen Mishphat" which Rabbi Yaakov ben Asher wrote in "Baal Haturrim" and is also called so in the "Shulchan Aruch".

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: כִּינּוּי לְדִינֵי מָמוֹנוֹת וּשְׁטָרוֹת הַמּוֹפִיעִים בַּחֵלֶק ("הַטּוּר") הַקָּרוּי "חֹשֶׁן מִשְׁפָּט" שֶׁכָּתַב רַבִּי יַעֲקֹב בֶּן אָשֵׁר "בַּעַל הַטּוּרִים" וְנִקְרָא כָּךְ גַּם בְּ"שֻׁלְחָן עָרוּךְ".
