Sinning and causing other to sin/ sinning and causing the multitude to sin
An evil person who influences those around him to evil. A sinner who also causes others to sin.
("And he will give Israel up for the sins of Jeroboam, who sinned and who made Israel sin" - 1 Kings 16 (the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite to Jeroboam's wife), and so: "So I will take from you all who sin and cause many to sin, there is no one in his hand to make atonement" - Sota 44a)

אָדָם רַע שֶׁמַּשְׁפִּיעַ לְרָעָה עַל הַסּוֹבְבִים אוֹתוֹ. חוֹטֵא שֶׁמֵּבִיא גַּם אֶת הָאֲחֵרִים לַחְטֹא.
