בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: הֶחָזָק הוּא שֶׁשּׁוֹלֵט וְלֹא מִי שֶׁצּוֹדֵק. תֵּאוּר מַצָּב שֶׁל "כָּל דְּאַלִּים גָּבַר". הֶחָזָק אוֹכֵל אֶת הַחַלָּשׁ.
