Words of Torah Need No Strengthening
There is no need to find additional proofs or reinforcements from other sources when there is an explicit verse in the Torah establishing a specific matter.
("Rabbi says: These are words of Torah, and words of Torah do not require strengthening; and these are words of Scribes, and words of Scribes require strengthening" - Yevamot 80b)

אֵין צֹרֶךְ לִמְצֹא רְאָיוֹת אוֹ חִזּוּקִים נוֹסָפִים מִמְּקוֹמוֹת אֲחֵרִים כְּשֶׁיֵּשׁ פָּסוּק מְפֹרָשׁ בַּתּוֹרָה הַקּוֹבֵעַ דָּבָר מְסֻיָּם.
