The true blessing in a person’s life is in the accomplishments that he toiled to achieve.
("Rabbi Dusta’i said in the name of Rabbi Yannai: From there Rabbi Meir expounds on Isaac and ‘Your blessing, I will make your offspring multiply for the sake of Abraham my servant.’ Isaac interpreted and said: Since blessing only rests upon the handiwork, he sowed seed as it is written ‘And Isaac sowed in that land and found in that year a hundredfold’" – Tosefta Tractate Berakhot (Liberman) Chapter 6.)

הַבְּרָכָה הָאֲמִתִּית בְּחַיֵּי הָאָדָם הִיא בַּדְּבָרִים שֶׁהִשִּׂיג בַּעֲשִׂיָּה בִּיגִיעַ כַּפָּיו.
