The Wheel of His Compassion over His Attributes
His mercy prevailed over strict judgment. The feeling of compassion overcame him.

רַחְמָנוּתוֹ גָּבְרָה עַל הַדִּין. רֶגֶשׁ הָרַחֲמִים גָּבַר עָלָיו.
