The blessing flows in his deeds
There is blessing or success in everything he does. He prospers in his work and in all his actions.
("He said to Isaac, "I will bless you and multiply your descendants through the lineage of Abraham my servant." Isaac preached, and the ram said, "Woe to you, and there is no blessing except for the work of the hands of Imar and the seed." Definition (Hebrew)
יֵשׁ בְּרָכָה אוֹ הַצְלָחָה בְּכָל דָּבָר שֶׁהוּא עוֹשֶׂה. מַצְלִיחַ בַּעֲבוֹדָתוֹ וּבְכָל מַעֲשָׂיו.
("הֲרֵי הוּא אוֹמֵר בְּיִצְחָק וּבִרְכָתֵךְ וְהֵרַבְתִּי אֶת זַרְעֲךָ בַּעֲבוּר אַבְרָהָם עַבְדִּי- דָּרַשׁ יִצְחָק וְאָמַר הוֹאִיל וְאֵין הַבְּרָכָה שׁוֹרָה אֶלָּא עַל מַעֲשֵׂה יְדֵי עִמֵּר וְזָרַע שנ' וַיִּזְרַע יִצְחָק בָּאָרֶץ הַהִיא וְיִמְצָא בַּשָּׁנָה הַהִיא מֵאָה שְׁעָרִים"- תּוֹסֶפְתָּא מַסֶּכֶת בְּרָכוֹת (לִיבֶּרְמָן) פֶּרֶק ו הֲלָכָה ח)
