He incited his inclination
His evil creation tempted him. The temptation is based on the creation (the word hasa means temptation, incitement, enticement to do evil. The word is used in Genesis 3:13: "And the Lord God said to the woman, What is this that you have done?" And the woman said, "The serpent has eaten me, and I will eat it").
("And the king said to him, Your second sin is worse than the first, for at first I said, "They will make you suffer, but now ... and you have not done my commandments and have despised my words" - Menorah HaMaor, Chapter 3, Teshuvah, 98, and so: "And even if they teach a man a law in its name, sometimes from his place they will make him suffer, saying, "I have learned a law in its name" - Agnon/ A collection of stories, 93)
