A person who has gathered or trespassed on a surface that does not belong to him. A person who has entered without the permission of the owners.

נִכְנַס אוֹ פָּלַשׁ לְשֶׁטַח שֶׁאֵינוֹ שַׁיָּךְ לוֹ. כְּנִיסָה לְלֹא רְשׁוּת הַבְּעָלִים.
