Fortune's weel turned back for him/ his luck changed/ to come down in the world

הַגּוֹרָל שֶׁלּוֹ הִשְׁתַּנָּה מֵהַקָּצֶה אֶל הַקָּצֶה. הִתְהַפֵּךְ מַזָּלוֹ.
