בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: שִׁמֵּשׁ כְּשִׁקּוּל אוֹ כְּנִמּוּק מַכְרִיעַ בְּקַבָּלַת הַהַחְלָטָה. הִשְׁפִּיעַ רַבּוֹת עַל הַהַכְרָעָה הַשִּׁפּוּטִית (כְּמוֹ מִשְׁקָל הַמֻּנָּח עַל אַחַת מִכַּפּוֹת הַמֹּאזְנַיִם וְגוֹרְמוֹת לְהַטָּיָה לְאַחֵד הַצְּדָדִים).
