If to admit the truth
If indeed I am telling the truth. A discourse marker that precedes an admission of certain facts.
("Seven things are in a boor and seven in a wise man: a wise man does not speak before someone greater than he in wisdom, does not interrupt his fellow, is not hasty to answer, asks appropriately and answers properly, addresses first things first and last things last, on what he has not heard he says 'I have not heard,' and he admits the truth. And the opposite are found in a boor." - Avot 5:7)

אִם אָכֵן אֹמַר אֶת הָאֱמֶת. סַמַּן שִׂיחַ הַמַּקְדִּים הוֹדָיָה בְּעֻבְדּוֹת מְסֻיָּמוֹת.
