A person capable of performing miracles. By extension: a person who can serve as an example to others because of his exalted behavior.

אִישׁ הַמְּסֻגָּל לַעֲשׂוֹת נִסִּים. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: אִישׁ שֶׁיָּכוֹל לְשַׁמֵּשׁ דֻּגְמָה לַאֲחֵרִים עֵקֶב הִתְנַהֲגוּתוֹ הַנַּעֲלֵית.
