You've already kept all the commandments and only this one remains?!
In irony: Why are you rushing to perform this commandment in particular if you haven't kept the rest of the commandments?! An expression used to criticize or mock someone who insists on doing a certain act that benefits them, while claiming sanctimoniously that it is a commandment they want to fulfill.

בְּאִירוֹנְיָה: מָה אַתָּה מְמַהֵר לְקַיֵּים דַּוְוקָא אֶת הַמִּצְוָה הַזּוֹ אִם לֹא קַיֶּמֶת אֶת שְׁאָר הַמִּצְווֹת?!, בִּטּוּי הַבָּא לִמְתֹּחַ בִּקֹּרֶת אוֹ לִלְעֹג לְמִי שֶׁמִּתְעַקֵּשׁ לַעֲשׂוֹת מַעֲשֶׂה מְסֻיָּם שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ תּוֹעֶלֶת מִמֶּנּוּ, וְזֹאת בְּטַעֲנָה מִתְחַסֶּדֶת שֶׁזּוֹ מִצְוָה שֶׁהוּא רוֹצֶה לְקַיֵּם.
