אָדָם שֶׁיּוֹדֵעַ לְבַצֵּעַ אֶת הַדְּבָרִים שֶׁהִתְחַיֵּב לְבַצְּעָם. אָדָם שֶׁמִּזְדָּרֵז לְקַיֵּם אֶת הַבְטָחָתוֹ.
