Cantillation marks of Scripture/ cantillation marks

Signs of writing that appear in Tanakh manuscripts, developed by the Masoretes in the 10th century, which indicate to the reader the correct form of reading and the melody of the text.

("A melody-like thing such as the cantillation marks of Scripture" — Rashi, Megillah 21a, and similarly: "And when Milnkov went up to the platform and sang a lament over the dead Vazh'd, our neighbor opened the Tanakh and read, with the cantillation marks of Scripture, the prophecy of Isaiah about the fall of Helel ben Shachar" — H. Beer / Notsot, 169)
