Definition (Hebrew)
בְּרָכָה מָסָורְתִּית לְהַצְלָחָה.
("וְהָרוֹצֶה לוֹכַל חָמֵץ עַד אַרְבַּע שָׁעוֹת הָרְשׁוּת בְּיָדוֹ וְאִם רוֹצֶה לְהַחֲמִיר עַל עַצְמוֹ כְּדָר' יְהוּדָה בֶּן בְּתִירָא אוֹ כְּדֵי שֶׁיִּכָּנֵס לְמַצָּה בְּתַאֲוָה יָנוּחוּ לוֹ בְּרָכָה עַל רֹאשׁוֹ"- סֵפֶר שֶׁבּוּלֵי הַלֶּקֶט סֵדֶר פֶּסַח סִימָן רֵחַ, וְכֵן:"וּמוֹרִי אָמַר כִּי סְמַכְתִּיו לִרְמֹז לְכַוָּנַת הַמַּטְעַמִּים לִהְיוֹת סָמְכֵן בָּהֶם כְּדֵי שֶׁיָּחוּלוּ הַבְּרָכוֹת עַל רֹאשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל"- דְּרָשׁוֹת ר"י אִבְּן שׁוּעַיְּבּ פָּרָשַׁת וְאֵלֶּה תּוֹלְדוֹת יִצְחָק)
