עֲשִׂיַּית מַעֲשֶׂה הַמֻּוגְדָּר כְּאָסוּר עַל פִּי הַחֹוק. מֻונָּח מִשְׁפָּטִי הַמִּתְיַחֵס לְאֶחָד הַמַּרְכִּיבִים שֶׁבְּהַגְדָּרַת בִּצּוּעַ עֲבֵרָה, הַכּוֹלֶלֶת עֲשִׂיַּת מַעֲשֶׂה אָסוּר, יְסוֹד עֻבְדָּתִי, יַחַד עִם יְסוֹד נַפְשִׁי.
