Whoever it may be
It does not matter what his identity is. The identity of that person is irrelevant. It does not matter who.

אֵין זֶה מְשַׁנֶּה מָה זֶהוּתוֹ. לֹא רֵלֵוַונְטִית זֶהוּתוֹ שֶׁל אוֹתוֹ אָדָם. לֹא מְשַׁנֶּה מִי.
