The day on which 'ki tov' is doubled, twice 'ki tov'/ Tuesday

A nickname for Tuesday. Figuratively: a day blessed with great success (from the Book of Genesis, where 'ki tov' appears twice in the description of creation on the third day only).

("And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering of the waters He called Seas; and God saw that it was good... And God said: Let the earth bring forth vegetation, plants... And the earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed... and God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, a third day" - Genesis 1:10-13, and also: "Why is 'ki tov' not written on the second day?... Because Gehinnom was created on it... because it has yesterday and not the day before... because strife was created on it, as it is said: 'and He divided between the waters'... Rabbi Tavyomi said: If strife, which is for the repair of the world and its settlement, does not merit 'ki tov', then strife that is for its confusion, how much more so... Therefore on the third day, 'ki tov' is written twice: one for the work of the waters, and one for the day's work" - Genesis Rabbah (Vilna), Bereshit, section 4, and also: "And on the third day, when the work of the waters was completed and another work was begun and completed, He doubled 'ki tov' twice: one for the completion of the second day's work, and one for the completion of the day's work" - Rashi on Genesis 1:7).
