אָדָם קָרוֹב אֵצֶל עַצְמוֹ
אָדָם מַכִּיר אֶת עַצְמוֹ וְאֶת מִגְבְּלוֹתָיו. אוֹ: כָּל אָדָם דּוֹאֵג קֹדֶם כֹּל לְעַצְמוֹ (בַּמָּקוֹר: אָדָם לֹא יָכוֹל לְהָעִיד נֶגֶד עַצְמוֹ כִּי הוּא בְּגֶדֶר 'קְרוֹב מִשְׁפָּחָה' הַנֶּחְשָׁב לְ'בַּעַל עִנְיָן' בְּכָל הַנּוֹגֵעַ לְמַתַּן עֵדוּת עַל עַצְמוֹ וְלָכֵן אֵינוֹ אוֹבְּיֶקְטִיבִי).
