בְּחֶמְלַת ה' עָלָיו
בְּחֶסֶד וּבָרַחֲמִים שֶׁנִּתְּנוּ לוֹ מֵאֵת ה', מִתּוֹךְ חֶמְלָה אֱלוֹהִית שֶׁהִצִּילָה אוֹ סִיְּעָה לוֹ.
