(“Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O Lord, and sing praises to Your name” (Psalms 18) – I will sing at the coming of the Messiah, as it is said (Isaiah 12:4): “And you shall say on that day: give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name” – Midrash Tehillim (Buber), Psalm 18; and likewise: “The Holy One, blessed be He, is destined to perform ten signs before the coming of the Redeemer.
