The name of a blessing recited before eating vegetables, whose full text is: "Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, Creator of the fruit of the ground."

(How does one bless over fruits? Over the fruits of the tree, he says "Creator of the fruit of the tree," except for wine, over which he says "Creator of the fruit of the vine." Over the produce of the earth, he says "Creator of the fruit of the ground," except for bread, over which he says "Who brings forth bread from the earth." Over vegetables, he says "Creator of the fruit of the ground." Rabbi Yehuda says: "Creator of kinds of herbs." - Berakhot 6a)
