בְּשׁוֹגֵג וְלֹא בְּמֵזִיד
בְּחֹסֶר כַּוָּנָה בָּרֹאשׁ לַעֲשׂוֹת רַע. שֶׁלֹּא בְּכַוָּנָה רָעָה (שׁוֹגֵג מַשְׁמָע טוֹעֶה אוֹ חֲסַר יְדִיעָה. מֵזִיד הוּא מִי שֶׁעוֹשֶׂה בְּכַוָּנָה רָעָה).
