Do not be a solitary judge
Do not rush to judge based solely on your own opinion; instead, listen and consult with the other judges sitting with you on the bench.
("He used to say: Do not be a solitary judge, for no one judges alone except One. And do not say, 'Accept my opinion,' for they are permitted to do so and not you." – Avot 4:10)
