Warning to the Judge Not to Be Soft to One and Hard to Another
The principle of objectivity requires every judge and adjudicator to act in the same manner toward all parties in a case, not being lenient to one and harsh to another.

עֶקְרוֹן הָאוֹבְּיֶקְטִיבִיּוּת מְחַיֵּב כָּל שׁוֹפֵט וְדַיָּן לִנְהֹג בְּאוֹתוֹ אֹפֶן כְּלַפֵּי הַצְּדָדִים לַדִּיּוּן, וְלֹא לִהְיוֹת רַךְ כְּלַפֵּי הָאֶחָד וְקָשֶׁה כְּלַפֵּי הָאַחֵר.
