Warning to the Judge Not to Hear One Party Alone
A judge must not hear the claims of only one party in a case without the presence of the other party at the same time.

אָסוּר לַשּׁוֹפֵט לִשְׁמֹעַ טַעֲנוֹת צַד אֶחָד בִּלְבַד בַּמִּשְׁפָּט מִבְּלִי שֶׁיִּהְיֶה נוֹכֵחַ בְּאוֹתוֹ הָרֶגַע גַּם הַצַּד הַשֵּׁנִי.
