Owner of Recognition
One who has awareness. Or: officially recognized by authorized entities.
(Since the purpose of the learner with him is the acceptance of the money guaranteed to him. And when he becomes more an owner of recognition, even this matter will be lighter in his eyes and he will know that it is of less value - Commentary on the Mishnah by Maimonides, Tractate Sanhedrin, 10.)
