Strong-arm man, man of strength
A strong person and one possessing physical power. By extension: a violent and forceful person.
("And the earth has a man of strength, and he who dwells in it has exalted countenance" - Job 22:8, and likewise: "And Rabbi Eleazar said: The earth was given only to those who have arms (who can defend themselves), as it is said (Job 22:8) 'And the earth has a man of strength'" - Sanhedrin 54b)
