Weeping and wailing
Crying and lamentation. By extension: lamenting or wailing (nehí means lament).

בֶּכִי וְקִינָה. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: יַלְלָנוּת (נְהִי מַשְׁמָע קִינָה).
