Figuratively: Eventually; whether (the matter arrives) sooner or whether it arrives later.

בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: בְּסוֹפוֹ שֶׁל דָּבָר. בֵּין אִם (יַגִּיעַ הַדָּבָר) מֻקְדָּם יוֹתֵר וּבֵין אִם (יַגִּיעַ) מְאֻחָר יוֹתֵר.
