To bless with mentioning name and title of God (e.g., God, Lord of the Universe)
Blessed a full blessing while mentioning the Name and Kingship of God. The standard wording of blessings is usually phrased “with name and kingship,” e.g., “Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe…”. Sometimes one is satisfied with saying a blessing “without name and kingship,” beginning with “Blessed is…”

בֵּרַךְ בְּרָכָה מְלֵאָה תּוֹךְ הַזְכָּרַת שְׁמוֹ שֶׁל ה׳ וּמַלְכוּתוֹ בָעוֹלָם. הַנוּסַח הָרָגִיל שֶׁל הַבְּרָכוֹת מְנוּסָח בְּדֶרֶךְ כְּלָל "בְּשֵׁם וּמַלְכוּת", כְּמוֹ לְדֻגְמָה: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה׳ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם… . לְעִתִּים מִסְתַּפְּקִים בְּאָמִירַת בְּרָכָה "בְּלִי שֵׁם וּמַלְכוּת", הַפוֹתֵחַ בְּמִלִּים 'בָּרוּךְ ש…'.
