With One Head
By analogy: with one thought. In unity. With the same spirit.
("For every place where there are many heads is corrupted, destroyed, and condemned. And the men for whom I prayed with one head it is good for them and for their restoration, because they united their deeds and their counsel was established by one advice, and a divisive spirit shall not come among them, nor shall their counsel be changed nor their thought disrupted. Therefore the wise say, 'In many sailors the ships sink, but with one head a city shall dwell.'" - Otzar HaMidrashim (Eisenstein) Yehoshua Ben Levi, 212)
