Matter of Transgression
Transgression. A halachic prohibition. A matter that one must not do.
("To send with a shaliach (agent) who is fully aware is liable... There is no agency for a matter of transgression" - Kiddushin 47b, and also: "The general rule with us is that there is no agency for a matter of transgression. עֲבֵרָה. אִסּוּר הִלְכָתִי. דְּבַר שֶׁאֵין לַעֲשׂוֹתוֹ.
