Davar Halachah
A halachic matter. A matter of Torah that deals with halachah (halachah means the laws dealing with what is permitted and forbidden according to the commandments of the religion).

עִנְיָן הִלְכָתִי. דְּבַר תּוֹרָה הָעוֹסֵק בַּהֲלָכָה (הֲלָכָה מַשְׁמָע הַדִּינִים הָעוֹסְקִים בַּמּוֹתָר וּבְאָסוּר ע"פ מִצְווֹת הַדָּת).
