The Pains of Poverty / Pedantry/ excessive show of precision
The pains of poverty or destitution. Or: strictness regarding a small monetary expenditure. By analogy: strictness over matters of little value. A precision dispersed in details. Pedantry (possibly the source in the expression 'dikdukei aniyut' which means the torments of poverty or afflictions from poverty).

יִסּוּרֵי עֹנִי אוֹ דַּלּוּת. אוֹ: הַהַקְפָּדוֹת עַל הוֹצָאָה כַּסְפִּית קְטַנָּה. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: הַקְפָּדוֹת עַל דְּבָרִים פְּעוּטֵי עֵרֶךְ. דִּיּוּק מֻפְרָז בַּפְּרָטִים. פֵּדַנְטִיּוּת (יִתָּכֵן וְהַמָּקוֹר בַּבִּטּוּי 'דִּכְדוּכֵי עֲנִיּוּת' שֶׁמִּשְׁמָעוֹ עִנּוּיֵי עֹנִי אוֹ דִּכְאוֹנוֹת מֵעֹנִי).
