If a person has worries, let him talk them over/ a man often soften his sorrows by telling them to others
A person should strive to ignore their worries and overcome them. Alternatively: a person has a tendency to share their concerns with others in order to gain encouragement (to keep them silent means to suppress them; to speak means to express them).
