No person knows what is in the heart of his fellow
A person cannot know the hidden thoughts in the heart of his friend. By extension: do not be quick to judge your friend's actions, for you do not know all the circumstances and his thoughts.

אָדָם אֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לָדַעַת מַחֲשָׁבוֹת סְמוּיוֹת שֶׁבְּלֵב חֲבֵרוֹ. בְּהַשְׁאָלָה: אַל תְּמַהֵר לִשְׁפֹּט אֶת מַעֲשֵׂה חֲבֵרְךָ כִּי אֵינְךָ יוֹדֵעַ אֶת כְּלַל הַנְּסִבּוֹת וּמַחְשְׁבוֹתָיו.
