Where there's a will there's a way
There is nothing stronger than..., the will can overcome all obstacles and difficulties along the way.

Definition (Hebrew)
אֵין לְךָ דָּבָר חָזָק יוֹתֵר מֵהָרָצוֹן וְהַמּוֹטִיבַצְיָה. הָרָצוֹן יָכוֹל לְהִתְגַּבֵּר עַל כָּל הַמִּכְשׁוֹלִים וְהַקְּשָׁיִים שֶׁבַּדֶּרֶךְ.
