There is no subject (matter) that is not hinted at in the Torah
For everything that exists or happens in the world, a hint can be found in the Torah.
("From where do we know that there is no matter not hinted at in the Torah? Surely so, for this truly refers to acquisition by money" - Responsa Chaim Sha'al, Part I, Siman 76. Also: "On this as well I say that there is nothing not hinted at in the Torah, for in Mishneh Torah it is stated 'and every winged swarming thing is unclean for you,' and the signs of the pure locusts are not mentioned, to hint that in the future they will be forgotten and all winged swarming things will be treated as forbidden" - Responsa Divrei Chachamim, Yoreh De'ah, Siman 11)

Definition (Hebrew)
לְכָל דָּבָר שֶׁיֶּשְׁנוֹ אוֹ שֶׁמִּתְרַחֵשׁ בָּעוֹלָם נִתָּן לִמְצֹא רֶמֶז בַּתּוֹרָה.
