אֵין דָּבָר שֶׁאֵינוֹ נִרְמָז בַּתּוֹרָה, לֵיכָּא מִלְּתָא דְּלָא רְמִיזָא בְּאוֹרָיְתָא
לְכָל דָּבָר שֶׁיֶּשְׁנוֹ אוֹ שֶׁמִּתְרַחֵשׁ בָּעוֹלָם נִתָּן לִמְצֹא רֶמֶז בַּתּוֹרָה.

For everything that exists or happens in the world, a hint can be found in the Torah.
